Organically grown in Southern Oregon.  Frank grew up into a young waterman on the Rogue River. Retracing his Hawaiian roots back to Big Island in 1996, he became a PADI Instructor and in 2000 got his Captain License.  Now he revels at all the beauty above and below the surface every day. Frank is extremely knowledgeable of our endemic fish and our underwater world.  He loves to teach the specialties Fish ID and Underwater Naturalist.
