What makes KHD different from other dive operators?

Working as a dive guide, boat captain, or support staff is different than the usual corporate office gig. While Kona Honu Divers works hard to provide the structure necessary to do your job, there is often a bit more ‘fun’ factor thrown in. We would encourage you to walk into the dive shop and ask for a tour or come out with us on of our boats to see what it’s like. The atmosphere is exciting and filled with talking and laughter. We love what we do and it shows in the way we interact with each other and guests. Joking, talking story, and making recommendations are regular occurrences.

It’s not always sunshine and happiness . . . Sometimes the weather won’t cooperate, sometimes the mantas decide to take a vacation and more. Working in the scuba diving industry is far from the 9-5 office gig you might normally encounter. We do have a water cooler though we don’t hang out around it! So send us your resume to see why this is one of the best scuba diving jobs hawaii has.
